We ask that you read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.
ORDERS
Your order will be confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours.
SHIPMENTS
Free shipping within Switzerland for orders over 150.-. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the first working day after the weekend. For each order placed, the customer will receive:
the garment care instructions, which include tips to follow for good and proper care of the garment, for good quality that lasts over the years;
a receipt for the order placed that confirms that the order and payment have been successfully placed; and
a piece of fabric that serves as protection for the garment; not to be thrown away, it can be used as an accessory or for a variety of other uses. In case of return of goods, the customer is requested to return the piece of fabric. If the piece of fabric is not returned, a total of CHF 30.00 will be charged to the customer.
RETURN
The customer has 7 days to make the return of items after receipt of the order. Items returned after this period will not be accepted or refunded. In case the clothing item is too large/small, it can be exchanged or the customer can request a full refund.
Important: Before shipping, the items are thoroughly checked for defects or damage. The brand guarantees the quality and perfect condition of the shipped garment. Returned items must be in perfect condition, clean and free of damage such as rips, holes, stains, seams, wrinkles, and/or lyse/logoro fabric.
In the event that the item has any of these or other damages, the customer will not be able to request a refund and the item will be returned to the customer; costs inherent in the second shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
MOY garments are certified by the designer and founder of the brand. The garments are entirely handcrafted, created with care and produced completely by the designer using environmentally sustainable materials, so as to minimize environmental impact while respecting nature.
By purchasing our garments, the customer contributes to the preservation of the environment and biodiversity, as well as to limiting pollution due to the industrial production of clothing. The fabrics used for Moy garments are natural.
To avoid damaging the fabric we recommend:
do not use harsh detergents and fabric softeners composed of chemicals, bleaches or bleaches that could damage the fabric;
use neutral and all-natural soaps;
do not machine wash, spin, or bleach, but hand wash with lukewarm water;
do not use a dryer or dry clean;
do not expose to direct sunlight;
iron at low temperature.
If treated with care and attention, the quality of this garment can last for years.

Before ordering a garment, please have the customer check their body measurements and compare them to the circumferences in the additional information on each product table page on our site (bust, bust, waist, and hip circumference).
PRODUCTION TIMES
Garments that are no longer available on our site can be requested by contacting us at the following e-mail address: belometti.elisa@gmail.com
The customer will be informed of estimated production times, which can be accepted before confirming their order.
Estimated overall production and delivery time: Four weeks
PAYMENTS
Payment can be made by bank or postal transfer after order confirmation.
The order will be shipped after receipt of payment confirmation. Details pertaining to our bank/postal account will be communicated by e-mail along with the order receipt. You can also make payment via post finance and PayPal (for more information please visit PayPal, French or German).
In case of cancellation of the order (voluntary renunciation of the order by the customer or cancellation of the order by the brand), the customer will be fully refunded.
